By using the website and submitting an order request, the user confirms that he or she has read and understood these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">1.4. If the purchaser of the goods is a consumer, the consumer protection laws in force in the Republic of Latvia apply to the purchase.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Submitting a Request to Order Goods<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. On the website, users can select the items they need and send an order request to the seller.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. Submitting an order request on the website constitutes the buyer\u2019s request to purchase the specified goods and does not in itself confirm that the seller has accepted or confirmed the order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3. After processing the order, the seller sends the buyer an order confirmation and information regarding the order\u2019s fulfillment, including the final price, shipping costs, payment terms, and the estimated delivery date.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.6. Order fulfillment begins after the buyer has received confirmation from the seller and paid the advance invoice, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices and Order Value<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. The prices of goods listed on the website are for informational purposes only until the seller processes the order request and confirms the specific order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. Upon receiving an order request, the seller specifies the total value of the order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3. Before making a payment, the buyer is provided with information about the price of the goods, shipping costs (if any), and the total amount due.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4. The seller may refuse to fulfill an order if it is not possible to provide the ordered item or if the buyer has not met the payment terms associated with the order.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Delivery and Receipt of Goods<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. The buyer may choose one of the following delivery methods:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>delivery by the seller&#8217;s transportation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receipt of the goods at the address specified by the seller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. The options, delivery time, and costs for delivery via the seller&#8217;s transportation are specified when processing the order request.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3. The shipping fee depends on the shipping address, order size, or other factors; the amount is agreed upon with the buyer before the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4. When choosing in-store pickup, the buyer receives information about the pickup address and time.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.5. The seller informs the buyer when the item is ready for pickup or when it will be delivered.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.6. If the buyer is not available at the previously agreed-upon delivery time, or if it is not possible to deliver the goods due to information provided by the buyer, the parties shall agree on a new delivery or pickup time.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Order Changes and Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. The buyer can contact the seller to find out if it is possible to change or cancel the order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2. The ability to make changes to an order depends on the order&#8217;s processing stage and the type of product.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.3. If the order has not yet been processed, the seller will accommodate the buyer&#8217;s request to change or cancel the order to the extent possible.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.4. If a product is manufactured or prepared based on the buyer\u2019s individual order, the right of withdrawal may not apply in the cases specified by law.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. The Consumer&#8217;s Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. If the buyer is a consumer and the right of withdrawal applies to the specific transaction, the buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2. The right of withdrawal may generally be exercised within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods, unless otherwise specified by law.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send the seller a clear notice of withdrawal from the contract to the email address info@balticfloc.lv.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.4. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where an exception specified in laws and regulations applies to the specific item.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.5. If the buyer has made an advance payment and exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law, the seller shall issue a refund in accordance with the procedure set forth in the relevant laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Product Quality and Complaints<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1. The seller ensures that the goods comply with the requirements set forth in applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2. If the item received is damaged, does not match the order, or is found to be defective, the buyer must notify the seller by sending an email to info@balticfloc.lv.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.3.
