No online payments are processed on this website. We process only the data you provide when submitting your application:

  • Contact Information: Email address and phone number (for communication regarding order details and to send the invoice).
  • Order Information: List of Selected Items (for order fulfillment).
  • Shipping information: Pakomāta station or address (if shipping is selected, to calculate the cost on the invoice).on

3. Categories of Data Recipients

Your data is not disclosed to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • For an accountant / accounting system: For the official recording of invoices.
  • For delivery services (couriers or pickup points): Only if you have selected delivery and the order is shipped after the invoice has been paid.

4. Data Retention Period

  • If the transaction goes through (the invoice is paid): The data and invoices are retained in accordance with the law (usually for 5 years).
  • If the transaction does not go through: The order details are deleted after a reasonable period of time has elapsed for communication and it becomes clear that the order has been canceled.
